Depending on the person, some can be <strong>mildly affected<\/strong> by these symptoms and others <strong>severely disabled\u00a0<\/strong>(Nimh.nih.gov, 2017).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Generally, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mendability.com\/autism-therapy\/fine-motor\/4-simple-tests-to-check-1-autism-warning-sign-eye-tracking\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ASD<\/a> is <strong>diagnosed<\/strong> at a<strong> young age<\/strong> by looking at a child&rsquo;s <strong>behaviour and development<\/strong>. However, diagnosing an adult is not easy; some symptoms of\u00a0ASD can overlap with symptoms of other mental health disorders. The earlier a person is diagnosed with autism, the sooner they can receive <strong>treatments<\/strong> to help <strong>manage their symptoms<\/strong> (Davies, 2017).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The <strong>gaze analysis<\/strong> is a tool for experts to use in the diagnosis process. A study found children with this condition are more likely to <strong>look at objects<\/strong> or <strong>details in pictures or films rather than people<\/strong> (Davies, 2017). With the <strong>eye gaze tracking,<\/strong> experts can monitor where the child looks\u00a0while watching a video or staring at a picture.
