Which would mean that finding <strong>better qualified candidates<\/strong> will be easier and time will be <strong>reduced for recruiters<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As mentioned in our <a href=\"https:\/\/strammer.com\/en\/millennials-generation-attract\/\">previous article<\/a>, since a <strong>big part of the work force<\/strong> will be taken by <strong>tech-savy millennials<\/strong>, the capabilities that companies will be searching for in the future will be<strong> analytically and technologically<\/strong> based. Thus, <strong>artificial intelligence<\/strong> would be practical in the future for <strong>recruitment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Artificial Intelligence<\/strong> is basically defined as a <strong>machine working with the same intelligence as a human<\/strong>. Therefore, it would be able to <strong>understand conversations<\/strong>, <strong>analyse information<\/strong> and <strong>make plans<\/strong> the same way as a human.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Considering that there is an <strong>increasing demand for soft skills in companies<\/strong> due to the<strong> digitalisation<\/strong>\u00a0taking place, face to face conversations will decrease and consequently <strong>digital tools will be used for communication<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It could also be<strong> beneficial for potential employees<\/strong> who are <strong>applying for jobs<\/strong> as it would select applicants based on the <strong>overall fit for the company<\/strong> and avoid selection based on biases. Therefore, giving a chance to <strong>under-represented groups<\/strong> in the work field.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Founder of Stella.ai, Rich Joffe<\/strong> says that; the algorithm is only allowed to match based on the data they tell it to look at: skills, industries, or tiers of companies.\u00a0Which would limit bias and <strong>optimise opportunities for people<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This technology will <strong>be revolutionising the candidate search<\/strong> by also analysing body language, micro-expressions, voice energy, voice quality and pace of speech with the use of<strong> biometric and psychometric analysis<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>AI<\/strong> will additionally be used to aid in the development of <strong>internal talent<\/strong>. <strong>The University of Michigan\u2019s Ross School of Business<\/strong> has partnered with <strong>CorpU <\/strong>to learn how to recognize <strong>high-potential employees<\/strong> using machine learning through a twenty-week online course.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Artificial Intelligence<\/strong> is already being said to<strong> replace 16% of jobs<\/strong> within the next<strong> ten years<\/strong> in HR according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/theundercoverrecruiter.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Undercover Recruiter<\/strong><\/a>. Also, a survey done by Vanson Bourne say 80% of companies are already investing in <strong>AI<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Although <strong>AI<\/strong> will aid in the process of recruitment it won\u2019t <strong>completely replace it<\/strong>.
