data-contrast=\"auto\">&nbsp;recognised as a<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">&nbsp;trait&nbsp;<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">integral to excellent<\/span><\/b><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">&nbsp;and desirable<\/span><\/b><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">&nbsp;leadership<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">&nbsp;The&nbsp;<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">stress and&nbsp;<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">hardships inflicted by the Covid<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">-19<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">&nbsp;crisis are also highlighting its importance, with leaders having to show more empathy for the&nbsp;<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">unique&nbsp;<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">struggles&nbsp;<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">that&nbsp;<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">e<\/span><span
