  2. Move<\/strong> it forwards and backwards until a vein is located<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. Rotate<\/strong> the device 90-degrees<\/strong> until it\u2019s parallel to the vein<\/li>\n
  4. Press<\/strong> down<\/strong> gently to keep the vein<\/strong> in place<\/strong> and push back gently to stretch the skin<\/strong><\/li>\n
  5. Insert<\/strong> the needle<\/strong> into the vein through<\/strong> the opening of the device<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
