Now that a few weeks have passed since reviewing the iPhones, I’ve gravitated to liking the smaller iPhone 11 Pro more than any other iPhone of this year’s bunch, just because it’s smaller and has that 2x telephoto. But for a lot of people, the nearly equally effective iPhone 11 will be more than enough. (Also, if you’re iPhone budget shopping, you may just want to wait for the reported iPhone SE 2 next spring, which could cost even less and have the same A13 processor.)
Keep reading to learn about how the Motorola Razr’s foldable screen is designed to contain damage, how noticeable the screen crease is, what comes in the impressive box and the potential trade-offs the phone makes for its design and price. Scroll to the end for a specs comparison with the Galaxy Fold and Huawei Mate X.

Google announced in February that it would start highlighting mobile-friendly sites on phone searches — today, that update is finally here. Now, when you search Google on your phone, you’re more likely to see results that are optimized for smaller screens, rather than desktop sites that require a lot of tapping and zooming. Basically, it’s a kick in the pants to lazy web developers who haven’t yet catered to the growing number of mobile internet users. The update only applies to phones — not tablets — and Google notes that it affects individual pages, not entire sites. It also won’t stop desktop sites from showing up in mobile searches if they rank highly enough. You can test the mobile friendliness of your site with this test, or by running the Google’s Mobile Usability Report on your site. Naturally, if you don’t spruce up your site, you can expect a drop in mobile traffic from Google.
This year’s colors? They’re all industrial metal shades. I like the midnight green’s green-gray look, but I’m a space gray guy normally. The matte glass back is an improvement from the over-glossy back on the standard iPhone 11, aesthetically. But it still slides off inclines too easily. Most of you will also put a case on a device you’re spending this much money on.
$899 at Best Buy RCA 70-inch 4K UHD Roku TV: $549
You save $350
RCA In case you miss out on the Samsung (above) or prefer a TV with built-in Roku, Walmart has this RCA model at the exact same price. It also has no user reviews, but at least it has three HDMI inputs instead of just two. Don’t expect a world-class picture; do expect a super-big screen to binge all your shows. And, hey, same deal: If you’re not happy with it, you can take it back to the store.
If the $2,000 Samsung Galaxy Fold is the foldable phone for early adopters who want to show off their wealth and sophistication, the Motorola Razr could be a foldable phone best suited for the rest of us — or at least for those of us comfortable with spending $1,500 on a phone. (For reference, the 512GB iPhone 11 Pro Max costs roughly the same price. It converts to about £1,170 or AU$2,200.)
Globally, the Razr will also go on preorder in select European countries as early as December, with a January sales date. Australia, Argentina, Mexico, Brazil and select Asian markets will also carry the phone.
id= »article-body » section= »articleBody »> A week after I folded the Motorola Razr in half for the first time, it’s still clear that the Razr is the best designed, most completely thought-out foldable phone to date. The phone’s foldable 6.2-inch screen is immediately arresting, and so is its 16-megapixel camera that also takes selfies and its $1,500 price tag, the lowest yet for the smallest yet foldable phone. This is the original Razr flip phone from 2004 reimagined for the modern age. Streamlined. Utterly pocketable. Nostalgic, mporn with a sharp futuristic edge.
New MacBook Air for $899
Óscar Gutiérrez/CNET This deal will almost certainly return later in the season, but the 128GB version of the current 2019 MacBook Air is back down to $899 at Best Buy for today (Saturday, Nov. 16).
Microsoft hasn’t disclosed the terms of the switch, but it does show there’s more to the company’s strategy than simply signing some of Twitch’s biggest stars. Compared to Ninja’s massive following of 14.7 million subscribers, Wheeler’s channel only has some 284,000 followers — though to be fair, she had only streamed for a total of 70 hours on Twitch. Microsoft likely has more interesting defections in the works.
