STRAMMER and Pact Conseil have co-organized an interactive media session on Thursday, 19th of January to present the Speed-Up concept; a unique and innovative seminar dedicated to managers who wish to strengthen their leadership.
Seated in a flight simulator, the manager experiences unprecedented and complex situations (engines shutdown, express refueling, fog …) thus its behavior can be analyzed (agility and vigilance skills, capability to react in a stressing environment…) and a debriefing is provided.
This gaming formula allows to leverage learning development (cognitive, emotional intelligence and sensors).
