As part of its international expansion, STRAMMER has hired Penny Sadler, formerly Senior Client Partner Medical Devices & Diagnostics Europe at Korn Ferry.

Penny has extensive experience spanning the last 20 years supporting clients across the Life Sciences industry with the recruitment of senior leaders internationally.

She worked for over 6 years at Korn Ferry, prior to which she spent 15 years with Spencer Stuart, another leading global executive search firm. In this company, she has worked along with Michel Darnaud for a few years. Now, our Dream Team is finally reunited within STRAMMER to give our clients the best expertise they could dream of!
