STRAMMER is proud to announce the promotion of both Kahina Senhadj 
as Country Manager Belgium and Teresa Toro as Country Manager Iberia. They will both have top line responsibilities for those regions.
Kahina joined STRAMMER’s Paris headquarters as an international researcher one year after it was founded. She has worked her way up as a consultant in the healthcare industry and has been going through many internal transitions since. For the last 8 years she has displayed hard work and outstanding performances. Thanks to her dedication she was given the opportunity to expand STRAMMER’s activities in the Benelux market.
In 2014, she helped develop the office in Brussels and became an expert in Sales & Marketing recruitment within the Benelux. All while acquiring expertise and knowledge about other surrounding markets and fields.
Since 2015 Kahina has successfully added more scientific fields to her portfolio of expertise. During that time, she also managed to create strong and lasting bonds and partnerships with major players of the healthcare industry – both Medical Devices and Pharmaceuticals. The understanding of our market has given her the ability to fully recognise company challenges and react accordingly to find and provide the best talents.

Teresa Joined STRAMMER in 2016 as an Executive Search Consultant specialising in Life Sciences. Her 20 years’ experience as a Head Hunter in Madrid has given her an extensive knowledge of the Life Sciences market and has developed her tremendous network from which ex-candidates have become our best clients.
Teresa has developed a strong expertise in Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, and Cosmetics with a specific knowledge in Orphan Drug. She has also helped managers and executives succeed in their careers and help companies find the best young talents and future leaders.
Teresa works with clients to achieve measurable results and ambitious goals. She uses engagement and creativity to build strong relationships with them. This allows her to advise clients at a strategic and tactical level.
