Researchers from the University of Texas designed a temporary tattoo made of graphene, that can be applied to the skin with some water.

This graphene-based health monitor is almost transparent and works like a wearable electronic device that monitors the electrical activity of the brain, heart and muscles. The health-monitor tattoos would even allow the wearer to directly interact with machines.

Although the electronic tattoo works like most of the other health monitor devices, it has some additional features besides helping the wearer by monitoring heart rate and bioimpedance.

Additionally, the graphene-based health monitor conforms to the skin and therefore, offers higher-quality sensing with less vulnerability to motion artifacts.
