Rosa Urtubi , Business Partner Talent management & Certified Executive Coach at STRAMMER

Rosa    has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She is a chemist by education and spent most of her professional life specializing in the pharmaceutical industry. Her main positions were mainly as executive board member leading business units where she worked with a wide variety of franchises both in  hospital and primary care settings. She knew these environments in terms of products, payers, and customers thoroughly and became an expert in this field.

She believes in change and innovation for this new era we are living in; we need to be imaginative, creative, and resilient to grow and be successful.  This has led Rosa to develop a passion for people. She believes the art of leading people makes growth sustainable. Throughout her career she has dealt with building new teams and designing new business models and significant organizational changes. Throughout these experiences she learned that successful change does not happen from products or strategies, it is the people who make the change happen. Additionally, Rosa represents the highest quality in professional coaching by being an ICF certified coach.
