STRAMMER is proud to welcome Wolfgang Helbig   as a Business Partner in Talent Management.

Wolfgang has more than 20 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry. In 1995 he began his career at Wyeth as a Marketing Manager for Oncology. From there, he worked his way up as a Business Unit Director.

His career history includes working for STADA as a Director for Corporate Development and Novartis as a Brand Director.

In 2004, he took part in a coaching academy. He used the education throughout his professional life in the pharmaceutical industry to coach and build up his teams.

8 years ago, he founded his own company, Helbig Consulting, which focuses on strategies in Medical Marketing & Business Development. He holds a PhD in Chemistry from the Max Planck Society in Mülheim, Germany as well as an MBA in General Business Administration from City University, Seattle, US.

Wolfgang’s aim is to get the best out of a team and create highly individualised programmes focusing on one’s personality and the expectations of the company.
