STRAMMER is excited to have Daniel Jap Lim email3 Lien Linkedin join the team as Senior ConsultantFull Talent Solution®, DACH.

With an education background in Business Administration majoring in Human Resources Management, Daniel brings along several years of experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Partner, and most recently as Consultant.

Some of his previous key projects involved leading the transition of the HR process from conventional to an Organisational Development Process oriented towards Human Talent Management – from recruitment through the whole life cycle of the candidate with development of the leadership skills, outplacement, etc. Daniel was also associated with the German Chamber of Commerce in developing the first and biggest HR and Talent Management Project in Germany.

He believes in the Life Sciences industry as one that is highly dynamic and evolutionary, and notes that “It is probably one of the most innovative industries to be involved in, which is very interesting, as every little change in technology and even the society will immediately impact Life Sciences, and then we see innovation. It is an industry which feels like family to those interested in it”.
